Lip Neutralization Service

Lips that are darker because of melanin must be lightened before applying a lighter color. This process is known as "Lip Neutralization". Orange, peach, yellow, or salmon shades are used to balance dark-toned lips.

Typically, between 1–5 sessions may be required to reach the ideal evenness required to be able to apply a lighter color. When the darker tones have been mostly eliminated, a lighter color can be properly applied. Dark tones may peek through until this procedure is completed, making the lips appear darker before becoming lighter.
